We have been blessed with a gift as of late. We found out on October 2nd that we are going to be having a baby. October
11th we went to our first Baby orientation class and are so excited to have a child on the way. This mother's and father's
day we will be able to celebrate. Danielle is due May 30th, which would be another birthday in May.

We are almost done with the purchase of the house we have been living in for the last year. We were fortunate enough
to be able to lock in on a house a year ago on a lease to own on a house in one of the most expensive cities in the nation.
We locked it in and already the Market raised be 18%. To purchase this house we are selling the one of the homes we have
in Henderson, which should be closed in a few weeks.
